Terms & Conditions

1.    VENDOR

Wythenshawe Forum is managed by Sports and Leisure Management Ltd, hereby referred to as SLM LTD Ltd, on behalf of Forum.

2.    ORDERING TICKETS

1.      When you place an order for tickets through the website, you are offering to buy the tickets specified in your order. All tickets are subject to availability and orders are subject to acceptance by SLM Ltd. Where SLM Ltd accepts an order, confirmation of your purchase will be issued via email to the nominated email address. No contract will be formed, and we have no obligation to supply any tickets to you, unless or until you have received our email confirmation.

2.      Please check the details of your order carefully before placing it, including the date, time and location of the event. If you order the wrong tickets, we may not be able to offer an exchange or refund.

3.      Once purchased, tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged, refunded or returned except in the circumstances set out in section 6 below.

4.      In order to prevent fraud and to protect both parties, you may be asked to provide additional information after your booking so that we can verify your purchase. This may be requested via phone, email or in person upon entering the event.

5.      You should check your e-ticket as soon as you receive it and inform us immediately of any mistakes. If we have made an error and sent you incorrect tickets, we will endeavour to rectify this for you. Mistakes made by the user when ordering cannot be given the same guarantee (for example if you mistakenly ordered tickets for the wrong event).

3.    RESTRICTIONS ON TICKET SALES

1.      Where age restrictions apply for entry to an event, the restrictions will be notified to you before you place your order. Where such restrictions apply, you and all members of your party must be able to provide photographic proof of age. By placing a booking you confirm that you and each person on whose behalf you are booking tickets meets the age requirements. We will not be liable if you or any person in your party is refused entry to an event because you/they do not meet the age requirements or cannot provide photographic proof of age.

2.      To discourage unauthorised secondary market ticket sales, bookings made via this site may be subject to a maximum number of tickets.

3.      We reserve the right, on reasonable suspicion, to cancel any orders made in excess of applicable ticket limits, or to require that these orders are collected in person with photo identification at the venue box office.

4.    USING YOUR TICKETS

1.      We reserve the right to make tickets available for collection at the venue immediately prior to the event. You will be notified by phone, email or in writing (using the details provided at the time of ordering) if this becomes necessary.

2.      Where we have arranged for you to collect your tickets at the venue, you will need to take with you the payment card you used to buy the tickets and photo identification. Any other forms of ID or letters of authorization may not be accepted by the venue and may result in the venue refusing to release your tickets to you.

3.      All tickets will be e-tickets unless we have arranged for you to collect your tickets at the venue.

4.      You must bring your e-ticket to the event in paper, mobile/barcode or email form. This may be exchanged by the venue or third party promoter for a wristband, chip technology or such other form that becomes available over time on entrance. You and each member of your party must hold a valid ticket to be admitted to the event and must keep it with you/them all times during the Event. Removing altering or defacing any part of the ticket may invalidate the ticket.

5.      If you are claiming a concession you must be able to provide photographic proof of identity and entitlement (e.g. student pass). We will not be liable if you or any person in your party is refused entry to an event as a result of being unable to provide such photographic proof.

6.      If you have any specific access requirements you should contact the venue before purchasing tickets to ensure that they can accommodate your requirements.

7.      Tickets cannot be used for competitions, promotions, and advertising or hospitality packages or otherwise for commercial gain without the express written permission of SLM Ltd and a third party promoter (if applicable).

5.    ADMISSIONS TO EVENTS

1.

1.    Rules of admission to events are determined by event organisers, promoters and venues, which may take health and safety, environmental and security concerns into account. Entry procedures may, from time to time, include security searches.

2.    You will not be entitled to a refund if you or your guests are refused entry or ejected from a venue due to late arrival, being unable to provide valid identification showing proof of age, or because you have broken the rules of the venue (e.g. declining to be searched; abusive, threatening, drunken or other antisocial behaviour (including smoking in non-smoking areas); carrying offensive weapons or illegal substances; making unauthorised audio, video or photographic recordings).

3.    You and your guests are responsible for your own safety and for the security of your belongings whilst attending and travelling to and from events. SLM Ltd cannot accept any responsibility for any death, injury or illness suffered by you or your guests (unless caused by our negligence), nor for any damage to or loss of your possessions, whilst attending or travelling to or from events.

4.    You have a right only to a seat or of a value corresponding to that stated on the ticket. The venue or third party promoter reserves the right to provide alternative seats (whether before or during the event) to those specified on your tickets or initially allocated to you.

6.    REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES / CANCELLATIONS AND POSTPONEMENT

1.

1.    After you have purchased a ticket it cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded other than in accordance with this section 6. Third parties may impose further refund limitations which will be notified to you in the event terms and conditions.

2.    You will be entitled to a full refund, including any booking fee charged, in the following circumstances:

1.      if SLM Ltd fails to send the e-tickets you ordered, or to arrange for them to be collected at the venue, due to our own negligence and cannot provide replacement tickets

2.      if SLM Ltd sends you the wrong e-tickets (i.e. not the tickets you ordered as wrong event/type of tickets)

1.

1.    Otherwise, you will only be entitled to a refund if:

1.      the event is cancelled and is not rescheduled

2.      the event is moved to another date and we are unable to offer you a ticket to the rescheduled event or you are unable to attend the rescheduled event

3.      Details of the event are significantly changed after you purchase your tickets, e.g. a change of headline act, venue or show time (if more than three hours before or after the advertised time).

In these circumstances SLM Ltd will only refund the face value of the ticket. Any booking fee will not be refundable. Please note, however, that it is your responsibility to check whether the event is going ahead at the scheduled date, time and venue, and SLM Ltd cannot guarantee that we will inform you of any changes to the event date, time or venue.

1.

1.    If an event was due to take place over several days and only part of the entire event is cancelled, you may only be entitled to a partial refund, corresponding to the number of day(s) cancelled as a proportion of the overall event.

2.    If an outdoor event is cancelled in whole or in part, or finishes early due to adverse weather, no refund will be available unless specifically permitted under the event terms.

3.    Refunds will only be made to the credit/debit card used to purchase the Ticket. No cash refunds are available.

4.    No refunds will be given in respect of lost or stolen tickets, after you have received them, and we will not be able to issue duplicate tickets to replace them.

5.    All refund requests must be sent to Wythenshawe Forum wythenshaweevents@slm-ltd.co.uk no later than two weeks after the date on which cancellation or postponement of the event is announced (or of any other occurrence which has given rise to your right of refund under these terms). We reserve the right to refuse refund requests received after that period.
